Just wanted to point out a good resource site for cake techniques, recipes, tools, and such. Cakejournal.com is a blog by a baker out of Denmark - she has great step-by-step instructions and tutorials for a ton of complicated procedures. One of her latest entries - How to make poured fondant icing - is awesome! I also love this -- she made a cookie to represent her RSS feed logo - too cute.
